Anita Morris is a business psychologist with a wealth of experience in behavioural change within a wide range of organisations in different sectors.

Having begun her career as a management accountant, she moved into sales and marketing becoming sales and site director with one of Europe’s largest plastics manufacturers. She returned to academic life to retrain as an occupational psychologist and master coach. She now spreads her time
between consultancy and academia. Working with both individuals and teams at senior and middle management levels, her specialist areas are leadership development, executive coaching, executive outplacement, emotional intelligence and psychometric assessment.

Anita has built a reputation for individual and organisational performance improvement, and the design and delivery of innovative training programmes which incorporate sports such as falconry and golf.
